Job description
  • Responsible for all multimedia resources including templates for the website to help ensure the veracity of message and brand overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers;
  • Analyzes customer responses and website data to determine high-traffic web pages and why some perform better than others;
  • Contribute to aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts;
  • Creates surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on perception;
  • Creates website and social media content;
  • After a marketing campaign or strategy has been done the Graphics and Brands person gathers data to determine how successful it was;
  • S/he is responsible for creating the marketing materials that help to form a company's identity;
  • S/he works closely with team members to establish brand continuity and public recognition;
  • S/he is responsible for reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and continuity and, in some cases, proofreading documents;
  • S/he must lead employees in brand development;
  • S/he must keep the company up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms;
  • S/he must ensure that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium;
  • S/he must monitor the use of the company’s website, taking note of visitors to the site and user experience;
