As a Cloud Sales Researcher at ZuZo, you will be responsible for generating leads for Cloud Platform and Workspace products through outbound calls, leveraging your expertise in data science to identify and target potential prospects. You will conduct research on potential prospects, initiate outbound calls, provide qualified BANT notes, and schedule meetings for the Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing and sales, as well as a strong foundation in data science principles and techniques.
- Conduct research using data science tools and techniques to identify potential prospects for Cloud Platforms and Workspace products.
- Create a list of potential leads and generate outbound calls to gather information about their current IT infrastructure and software stack.
- Present the benefits of Cloud Platform and Workspace, answer any questions they may have, and schedule a follow-up meeting with one of the Account Managers.
- Provide qualified BANT notes for each lead generated and the scheduled meeting details.
- Achieve weekly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and leads generated.
- Continuously update product knowledge and remain up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Apply data science principles and techniques to analyze and interpret sales data, including call metrics and lead performance, to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales tactics based on data insights.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or a related field.
- Strong foundation in data science principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct research on potential prospects and develop a target list.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software stack is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Some college coursework or an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
