Job Summary

We are hiring IT Support Personnel to provide remote and on-site support for various IT/Telecom systems.

Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)

Experience Level: Entry level

Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Responsibility:

Provide remote and on-site support for various IT/Telecom systems.

Basic Computer Skills:

• Applicants must have a good IT background even though shortlisted applicants will go through training.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Good typing skills.

N.B: The aforementioned skills will be the foundation for the training of shortlisted applicants, the acquired knowledge will be used to provide IT support on systems/services assigned to shortlisted applicants.
